- Work inspired by the groups associations with the suitcase. “folds in fabrics” “travellers’ talisman” “trousseau” “memories”. 10 artists each with their suitcase.
The Brunel Broderers have ‘packed' their bags and taken to road and rail.
Inspired by the success of previous touring exhibitions ‘packed' is an exhibition of their work inspired by thoughts and ideas based on “the suitcase”. What do you keep in yours?
A one-day exhibition/event featuring work made by the group in response to the work of the mill. Milliken Woollen Mill opened its doors to the public to view the exhibition and for guided tours for one day only. Darn will also be shown at Gloucester City Museum and Art Gallery in March 2004.
